How long does my order take?
As a new and growing business, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for dispatch. We take pride in ensuring every item is made with care and attention to detail.
What materials do you use?
Our products are primarily made using 3mm birch plywood and 2–3mm acrylic, depending on the design and style of the item.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We proudly ship our products Australia-wide.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. We love creating unique and personalized pieces. If you have a custom design idea, please get in touch and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.
Do wood grain patterns vary?
Yes. As wood is a natural material, grain patterns, colouring, and markings will vary from piece to piece, making each item unique.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup may be available. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss pickup arrangements.
Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins; however, changes may not be possible once your item has entered production.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will use this information when lodging a claim with the shipping company and will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
