As many of our products are made to order and personalized, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for dispatch.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available).

Please note that shipping timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available. Please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss pickup arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

While we take great care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an item has been dispatched.

Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

As our products are personalised and handmade to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour selections, spelling errors provided by the customer, or incorrect information entered during ordering.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order, as we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has commenced.
